“This clip are part of my operation ESS. in Thai Female manifested with Lt. nasal pain off and on in 4 Months. The Lt. Maxillary was opened medially (Medial Antrostomy) and exposed the Blackish content (fungal ball) with some pus discharge in the Maxillary sinus and ethmoid and frontal sinus . We opened the Maxillary antrum with Powered Instrument “Xomed” and then removal of the fungal ball and then lavage with NSS. 0.9% done. After finished the antrostomy, we do ethmoidectomy and frontal recess operation with Powered Instrument and NSS. Lavage to completely clear of the pus .”
