A Real Workout!

Before taking on a big zit make sure you’ve got the power to go the distance. Popping cysts, blackheads and pimples takes strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Flex your fingers, stretch your wrists, do a few push ups, and jog in place. And, remember – squeeze from the bottom.
