Juicy Huge Hand Blister!

This is my first post! I wanted to add something I love to watch which is draining blisters! I know that this guy must have been in so much pain and I’m glad he got it taken care of at a doctor’s office. Β Nice drainage and decent camera work. Enjoy!

  • Wow that did look soooo very , very painful, I hope that the nurse gave him something strong for the pain when I heard her say ,Ok I’ll get you something for the pain. I seriously hope she didn’t come back in with some extra strength tylenol or motrin , that’s just ridiculous.

    • Unfortunately you are probably correct. That is a HORRIBLE horrible burn! I hope she prescribed Opana, Dilaudid or oral morephine. Tylenol is going to have zero pain control effectiveness.

I hope he healed quickly and it did not permanently injure his hand. Wow what a find!

  • Congrats on your 1st post Renstoy! You certainly found a beauty. After I picked my jaw off the floor all I could think was OUCH!!! Poor man is shaking from the pain. Hope they got him to a burns specialist & he’s healing up well. Thanks Renstoy for a great 1st post πŸ™‚

      • Couldn’t agree more justsqueezeit. I can imagine the the scarred up palm, not to mention the possibility of contractures of the fingers if not cared for by a specialist. I checked out this guy on YouTube & he has literally just injured himself-hope he keeps us up to date & that he heals up quickly.

  • most of us have experienced the bad finger/body spot burn. hurts like a mother, and is miserable. I can only begin to imagine what real burn victims like this go through. that, and the nerve pain must be out of this world intense. I was shaking just watching this.

  • the brought back painful memories. i used to keep a crock (mind you, USED to) to save fat drippings. one time, i didn’t let it warm to room temp before pouring new drippings in and it exploded, causing 2nd degree burns to hand and wrist. after a night of excrutiating pain, the next day was pain free for the most part. so i thought, just let it heal. then, while washing my hands the burned skin just peeled back. still no pain. off to the e.r. where they said they would have to debride it…didn’t really understand that at the time. the doc asked if i wanted to sit down and i said no. so he called a big burly orderly over to stand by me. i calmly watched the doc open a package with a plastic brush and then he began to scrub the burn. all i remember was my knees buckling and the orderly grabbing from hitting the floor. that was done twice a day for a week as well as changing dressing every couple of hours. looking at this hand makes me cringe as i know what he is facing. burns are so difficult because of chance of infection and the time needed for new skin to regenerate. my prayers go out to him.

  • Gosh, that looks like a truly awful burn. He could hardly open his hand at all, and I’m not surprised at the way his hand was shaking. He’s going to need a lot of good medical management to heal and regain full use of his hand again. Hand contractures are incredibly painful to work out (had my hand in a cast for 3 months once so I know from experience) so I hope he has good post-recovery therapy, too. Poor guy! I hope he updates on YT so we’ll be able to learn how well he heals.
