“Watch what coming out from Sebaceous Cyst .You will definitely Enjoy this video.
This sebaceous cyst i removed in my last video completely without damaging it’s wall.
Now i am going to press it to bring out in’s content outside to show you all.
Sebaceous cyst content se**ZIT**, dead keratinocytes.
se**ZIT** comprises of wax, triglyceride oils, squalene, metabolites of fat producing cells.
se**ZIT** is secreted from the inner layer of sebaceous cyst wall.
so if the cyst just popped and the cyst wall left in the body, the cyst wall goes on secreting substances, which get ac**ZIT**ulated inside the cavity.
so with due course there is chance of recurrence.
But if the sebaceous cyst is removed completely as i have explained in my previous video, then there will be no recurrence.”

VIDEO #1 – The Cyst Is Removed With Skill!
“Sebaceous cyst removed intact. No damage done . A must watch for ALL.
Here under local anesthesia , sebaceous cyst was removed near right shoulder joint.
As usual elliptical incision given around the punctum . Incision deepen up to the cyst wall.
Plane of dissection was created between the cyst wall and the surrounding skin tissue. The skin incision should be fine to produce a finer scar in future.
Once the cyst wall reached, the dissection carried out between the cyst wall and the surrounding tissue. The dissection should be smooth, fine, delicate and all around the cyst along the line of incision.
With forceps the skin with punctum was pulled outwards to create traction and stretch along the fibers at the plane of dissection. This facilitates dissection.
Scissors produce better dissection with less chance of cyst wall damage.
The dissection should be delicate and all around .
After lateral dissection, the cyst was lifted from the depth , then from the floor , by separating the attached fibers.
The cyst came out completely with this surgical technique , without damage to the wall, without rupture.
There is no blood loss during surgery.
After removal the cavity was closed with non absorb able suture materials.
The s**ZIT**ches are removed after 6 days.
This produces a very fine scar which become invisible within few months.”
