How to Treat Zits Naturally

Pimples, acne, zits, spots – they all suck. They are annoying and the likelihood of them coming up at the worst moment seems to always happen. You might think that after puberty, you’ll no longer have zits, but that’s not always the case.

Here’s some home remedies on how to treat zits quickly, in case you’re not near a pharmacy.

Lemon Juice

The astringent and antibacterial features of lemon juice is a great way to clear your skin, for the best results you should have the lemon juice applied to the skin and left for 1 hour

Apple Cider Vinegar

Similar to lemon juice, it has the same antibacterial properties, along with other anti fungal benefits. Be careful though, as apple cider vinegar is very powerful, so you may want to dilute it with water, or only apply a very small amount on your skin.

Make sure that you choose pure, undiluted vinegar to ensure effectiveness. This is a very good way to remove the inflammation of zits quickly.

Baking Soda

Baking soda is an awesome solution for getting rid of infected zits, there’s many benefits to using baking soda, it doesn’t include any harmful chemicals or other bad ingredients, and is very effective at reducing inflammation.

All you have to do Is mix baking soda and warm water to create a paste, then apply it on your skin like a face mask! Keep it on for around an hour and rinse. The results are incredible!

Egg Whites

Egg whites are an effective natural method for treating zits, all you have to do is separate the egg from the yolk and use a cotton swab, ball, or your cleaned fingers to apply on the zit. Your skin will become tighter, but after an hour, you’ll see the remedy begin to work.

Manuka Honey

Manuka honey is famous in many cultures for its healing abilities, and amazingly, it also works great on zits! Simply apply the honey on the infected area for roughly an hour, and rinse. This is the simplest way to treat zits.

Papaya is a common ingredient in zit treating products, by skipping the expensive product you can go straight to the reason why the products sell! The papaya will need to be mashed up to create a paste or lotion, when you have done that, apply it on to the infected area, after 30 minutes rinse and moisturise your skin.
